What’s the manufacturing process of MIM metal injection molding?

With the development of today’s various kinds of technology,,only innovative and advanced technology can be survived and moved further.The advanced technology plays a role which can not be replaced by others.MIM(metal injection molding) technology is one of them,so what’s the manufacturing process of MIM?

Mixing:mix the metal powder with polymer binders together,after forming to feed stock,heating the feed stock to plasticized condition(-150℃),injecting to mould cavity to form shape.
De-burr:Manual deburr or using frozen polishing machine to de-bur
De-binder:Using solvent or thermal debinding ways to remove binders from the green parts,then sintering to form finished parts.
